Our kids classes improve students confidence, fitness, strength and self defence skills. Classes start with bowing in and then a warm up stretch. We cover different parts of Kuk Sool every lesson, forms, techniques, hand strikes, kicking techniques, break falls, weapons, sparring and much more!
