KIDS CLASS

Our kids beginner classes improve students confidence, fitness, strength and self defence skills. Classes start with bowing in and then a warm up stretch. We cover different parts of Kuk Sool every lesson, forms, techniques, hand strikes, kicking techniques, break falls, weapons, sparring and much more!   Our junior beginner classes are on,  

ADULTS CLASS

Our Adults classes will improve your fitness levels and give you a much healthier lifestyle. Classes include a full body and joint warm up, a range of different kicking, hand striking, meditation and self defence techniques.
